Setting the Time Zone in the Bash Profile

I'm mostly just putting this here for my future-self to find when he forgets.

Hey, dummy. Set your host's time zone offset by adding this line to your bash profile:

TZ="/usr/share/zoneinfo/America/New_York"; export TZ
